Can I book a chauffeur for a recurring weekly journey?
Yes. A standing booking is entered once and repeats at the same time each week until you change it, normally with the same chauffeur where the diary allows. Journeys collect onto a single statement rather than being confirmed and paid one at a time.

01/The short answer
Yes. A standing booking is entered once and repeats at the same time each week until you change it, normally with the same chauffeur where the diary allows. Journeys collect onto a single statement rather than being confirmed and paid one at a time.
Regular patterns are where a chauffeur arrangement earns its keep. The route is learned, the parking problem at the far end is solved permanently, and the passenger stops explaining anything. By the fourth week nobody is exchanging instructions at all.
QA-01/What a standing booking looks like
What a standing booking looks like
A day, a time, two addresses and a passenger. It goes into the diary as a recurring entry, and the chauffeur is allocated to it as a fixture rather than being assigned fresh each week. You are told in advance on the rare weeks when somebody different is driving.
Skipping a week costs nothing as long as we know beforehand. Holidays, a fortnight abroad, a school half term: tell us once and the pattern resumes on the date you name without anything needing to be rebooked.
Same time and route each week, entered once
The same chauffeur wherever the diary allows
Skip or pause weeks with notice, at no cost
One statement rather than weekly confirmations
Notes about the passenger stay attached permanently
QA-02/The patterns people actually book
The patterns people actually book
Weekly hospital and clinic appointments are the most common, followed by a standing airport run for someone who commutes internationally, and a Friday afternoon out of London that reverses on a Sunday evening. School terms produce their own rhythm.
Business patterns tend to be less regular but no less repetitive: the same three client offices in rotation, or a monthly board day that always needs two cars. Those work as a standing arrangement even though the dates move, because the shape is known.
QA-03/Why continuity of chauffeur matters
Why continuity of chauffeur matters
On a repeated journey, the same person driving is worth more than anything else in the arrangement. They know the gate code, which side of the road the car can legally wait on, and that the passenger prefers the near-side rear door because of a bad knee.
For an elderly or unwell passenger it goes further than convenience. A familiar face at the door on a fortnightly hospital run is the difference between a journey and an ordeal, and it is the single most requested thing on standing bookings.
QA-04/How recurring work is priced
How recurring work is priced
From the same card, with agreed rates set against the pattern where the volume justifies it. A weekly airport run booked as a standing arrangement is quoted once rather than being priced afresh fifty times, and the figure holds until we tell you otherwise.
Settlement moves to a monthly statement listing each journey with its date and route. That is easier to check than a stack of individual confirmations, and it is why most regular travellers end up on an account within a month or two.
What happens if my regular chauffeur is unavailable one week?
+
Another chauffeur covers, and you are told beforehand rather than discovering it at the door. The booking notes travel with the job, so the substitute arrives already knowing the pickup point, the preferences and anything unusual about the address.
Can a standing booking cover a different destination each week?
+
Yes. Where the pickup and time are fixed but the destination varies, the booking runs as an hourly arrangement instead of a transfer, and the destination is given on the day. It is a common shape for people whose weeks are otherwise identical.
Is there a minimum commitment on a recurring booking?
+
No contract term and no minimum number of weeks. A standing booking is a convenience rather than a commitment, and it can be paused or ended with ordinary notice. Nothing is charged for stopping it, only for journeys already committed.
Tell us the journey. We will send the price in writing.
Message us the date, the pick-up and where you are going. You will get a fixed written quotation with the vehicle, the chauffeur’s arrival time and what the figure includes — no form to fill in, and no estimate that moves later.
