01/The short answer
Yes, still water as standard in every vehicle, and more of it aboard on a long booking. It is one of the few things that gets noticed at hour three of a drive and after a flight, which is why it is stocked rather than offered as an upgrade.
Beyond water, requests are arranged in advance at no extra cost. A flask of coffee for a five in the morning departure, something specific for a child on a long drive, or a particular brand for a regular passenger all go on the booking.
QA-01/What is carried as a matter of course
What is carried as a matter of course
Still water, tissues, and on the larger vehicles a blanket in winter. None of it is remarkable, and all of it is the sort of thing that only registers when it is absent at an inconvenient moment.
Umbrellas are the other one worth mentioning. A chauffeur who steps out with an umbrella at a hotel entrance in November is doing the job properly, and it is the kind of detail that costs nothing and changes an arrival entirely.

An umbrella carried for the walk from door to car
Specific requests arranged with notice, at no extra charge
Phone charging cables in the rear armrest
QA-02/Asking for something specific
Asking for something specific
Say so at the booking stage. A preferred still or sparkling water, a hot drink for an early start, or something for a passenger with a particular requirement can all be in the car before it arrives.
On an account or a standing arrangement it becomes permanent, which is more useful again. The note travels with every booking, so a new chauffeur arrives already knowing rather than being told for the first time on a fourth journey.
QA-03/Occasions, and what changes
Occasions, and what changes
A wedding or an anniversary is a different kind of booking, and champagne in the car is a perfectly ordinary request when it is made in advance. Flowers, a card left on the seat, or a particular piece of music are all arrangeable in the same way.
What cannot be improvised is anything on the morning. A chauffeur cannot stop at a shop on the way to a ceremony, so the request has to exist before the day rather than being raised in the car.
QA-04/What the car will not become
What the car will not become
A bar or a catering operation. There is no drinks list and no service beyond what has been arranged for your specific booking, which keeps the whole thing simple and keeps the price where the card says it is.
For an occasion that genuinely needs more, the answer is usually a longer stop somewhere proper rather than more in the car. Ten minutes at a decent hotel bar beats an hour of balancing glasses on a moving armrest.
Not for water and the ordinary things carried as standard. For a specific request arranged in advance, anything with a real cost behind it is quoted so you see it, and nothing appears on an invoice that was not discussed first.
Can you provide champagne for a wedding car?
+
With notice, yes, and it is a common request for weddings and milestone occasions. Arrange it when you book rather than on the day, since it is not something that can be found at nine on a Saturday morning between two collections.
Do you carry anything for travel sickness?
+
Water and tissues, and a chauffeur who will drive more gently and stop when asked, which does more than anything in a glovebox. Tell us in advance and the route can favour smoother roads over faster ones.
Tell us the journey. We will send the price in writing.
Message us the date, the pick-up and where you are going. You will get a fixed written quotation with the vehicle, the chauffeur’s arrival time and what the figure includes — no form to fill in, and no estimate that moves later.
