Can I change a chauffeur booking after I have confirmed it?
Yes, and most amendments cost nothing at all. Pickup times, addresses, destinations and passenger names can be changed after confirmation, usually right up to the day. The only change that reliably moves the price is a different class of vehicle, and you are told the new figure before it is applied.

Bookings are expected to move. Almost every business day gets rewritten at least once between the confirmation and the car arriving, and a service that charged for each revision would be a service nobody used twice.
QA-01/The changes that are simply absorbed
The changes that are simply absorbed
Shifting a pickup by an hour, adding a stop on the same route, changing the passenger, or swapping a hotel for an office two streets away are all routine. So is changing the drop-off entirely while the car is moving, which happens more often than people admit.
The mechanism is straightforward: tell the reservations line rather than the chauffeur. The chauffeur will drive wherever you ask, but a change told only to the driver does not reach the booking record, and that matters on a day with more than one leg in it.
Pickup or drop-off time, up to and including the day
Either address, before or during the journey
Passenger names and contact numbers
Adding a stop within the same broad route
Number of passengers, subject to the car still fitting them
QA-02/The changes that alter the price
The changes that alter the price
Moving from an E-Class to an S-Class changes the rate, because it is a different car with different costs. So does going from a saloon to a V-Class when a fourth passenger appears, which is the most common upgrade there is.
Distance changes matter on transfers. A fixed price built for Mayfair to Heathrow does not silently cover Mayfair to Gatwick. Ask before the day and it is requoted in minutes; ask at the kerb and it still happens, just with less grace.
QA-03/Changing a booking while it is running
Changing a booking while it is running
On an as-directed booking, changing your mind is the entire point of the format. Say where you want to go and the car goes. If the day runs past the hours you booked, the extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than triggering a renegotiation.
On a fixed transfer, a mid-journey change to a materially different destination converts the job. The chauffeur will call it in, we will confirm the revised figure, and you carry on. Nobody is left arguing about a postcode on a hard shoulder.
QA-04/When it is too late to change
When it is too late to change
The practical limit is the moment a car has committed to a position it cannot recover from: a chauffeur already parked at a rural pickup ninety miles away, or in an airport car park with the meet under way. At that point a change is possible but the movement already made stands.
Everything before that is negotiable. The safest habit is to send changes as soon as they are likely rather than once they are certain, because a possible change told early is free and a certain change told late sometimes is not.
The same way as in hours. Ring or message +44 7775 554848 at any time and the change is registered against the booking. Email works too, though for anything happening within the next few hours a message gets a faster answer than an inbox does.
Can I change the booking to a different date entirely?
+
Usually yes, subject to the vehicle being free on the new date. It is treated as a move rather than a cancellation and rebooking, which matters where a deposit has been paid, since the deposit travels with the booking rather than being lost.
If I add a passenger, does the chauffeur need to know in advance?
+
Ideally, yes, mainly because of luggage. Three passengers with three cases will not fit a saloon comfortably even though the seats exist. Say so before the day and the car that arrives is a V-Class, which solves the problem before it becomes one on a pavement.
Tell us the journey. We will send the price in writing.
Message us the date, the pick-up and where you are going. You will get a fixed written quotation with the vehicle, the chauffeur’s arrival time and what the figure includes — no form to fill in, and no estimate that moves later.
