01/The short answer
Yes, anywhere in the United Kingdom. London is where the majority of journeys begin rather than where they have to finish, and a drive to Yorkshire, Cornwall or the Highlands is quoted and run in exactly the same way as a transfer across town.
The idea that a chauffeur is a city service is a hangover from a different era. Most of the genuinely useful work happens on the roads where there is no alternative: rural addresses, cross-country journeys and places the railway reaches badly or not at all.
QA-01/What changes once you leave London
What changes once you leave London
The pricing shape, mostly. Inside the M25 a great deal of work is hourly. Beyond it, long journeys are quoted against the route, because motorway time is predictable and a fixed figure is more useful to everybody than a running clock.
The vehicle choice changes too. Rear space that is pleasant on a forty minute transfer becomes essential on a four hour drive, which is why the S-Class and the V-Class do most of the distance work rather than the E-Class.
Every part of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Long runs quoted against the route, not by the hour
Regional collections, including from airports and stations
Multi-day trips with the same chauffeur throughout
Rural addresses planned before they are priced

Journeys that start outside London
Perfectly normal, and they are quoted with the positioning stated rather than hidden. A collection in Manchester, Edinburgh or Exeter needs a car in the area or a car sent there, and which of those applies is on the quotation.
That is why regional bookings want more notice than London ones. A day or two is comfortable in a city; a rural collection at short notice is the hardest case, because the nearest available vehicle may be an hour away before it starts.
QA-03/The last twenty miles
The last twenty miles
Where a long journey actually goes wrong. A route to a country house is a motorway run plus a section of lanes, and the lanes are slower than any estimate built from average speeds. Those are planned before the price is set rather than after.
It is also where the vehicle matters. A gravel drive, a farm track or a Highland single-track road is a Defender or a Range Rover question, and a low saloon on a wet estate road is a mistake nobody makes twice.
QA-04/What it costs
What it costs
Pricing is national: an S-Class is quoted the same way in Newcastle as in Knightsbridge. Long journeys are quoted against the route, which includes the vehicle returning, and that figure holds whatever the road does.
Multi-day trips are quoted as days plus the chauffeur's accommodation, stated openly. Your written quotation confirms the final price, what it includes and any applicable tax.
No fixed limit, only driving hours. A single chauffeur covers a long day, and beyond that the answer is an overnight or a second driver, both of which are planned and priced before you travel rather than raised at eleven at night.
Do you charge more for journeys outside London?
+
Not per hour, since the card is national. What a long journey does carry is the cost of the vehicle returning, which is inside the quoted figure on a one-way run. It is stated rather than added afterwards.
Can I be collected from a rural address with no postcode?
+
Yes, with a proper description or a location pin. Rural collections are where a chauffeur who plans the route in advance earns their money, because the last mile is often unsigned and a device will confidently send a car to the wrong gate.
Tell us the journey. We will send the price in writing.
Message us the date, the pick-up and where you are going. You will get a fixed written quotation with the vehicle, the chauffeur’s arrival time and what the figure includes — no form to fill in, and no estimate that moves later.
